How can I enroll my child?
No testing required for entry in grades first thru fifth. We are a non-zoned school. Preference is given to siblings in attendance first and then all others. Please come in for an application. Please note that we use the lottery system for available seats in each grade.

What is your homework policy?
Homework is an extension of the learning that takes place in school. Homework provides practice and drill that reinforces classroom learning and can provide opportunities for independent study, research, and creative thinking. Parents can help their children by providing a quiet, comfortable place for children to work and by seeing that the assignments are completed. Parents, please make sure that you check and sign all of your child's homework. Also, please make sure your child reads daily and completes the P.S. 65 Dolphins Reading Log.
**Please note at P.S. 65, we differentiate all of our lessons, including homework. The homework that your child receives is at their current instructional level.
Is there an afterschool program?
JCC coordinates our afterschool program. Students get a healthy snack, participate in activities, have homework time and have free play time. For more information, please call Mr. Seth Kaplan at 718.450.0805.
Where can I find more information about P.S. 65?
